I recently had my Solar System (woooo!) installed by Kevin and Madison! It was a great experience and the timeline was great! Kevin came out and met with me and went over how everything would be done. We found the perfect spot for it and he was quickly able to get me on the schedule for install. Kevin and his team were great to work with.  I had a unique/complex install on two barn roofs about 100 ft from the house, so some trenching was involved.  But Intelligent Solar managed all of it.  The system was installed by two great electricians, and they did great work. My system had an issue initially, some micro inverters would lose communication with the main control unit due to "noise" in the houses the electrical system.  Kevin and team diagnosed this issue, and put together a plan to fix it.  This really speaks their commitment to getting things right, even after the initial install. The day it went down, they emailed me and had already started the RMA process as it was under warranty. If you are considering solar for your home or business, you need consider no other option. 2 Sep 2025 UPDATE Why did I receive this mysterious package from Solar Edge? It's because, unbeknownst to us, our inverter had a failure. On Thursday, I texted Kevin and asked what it was for and he asked if we saw his email two weeks ago. Oops. Turns out I missed the  email about the fact that my solar inverter was not working properly. Kevin was here on the following Tuesday (after the Labor Day weekend) and replaced our inverter at no charge. I am so happy we selected Intelligent Solar and Kevin Gebo for our solar energy solution! Can't speak highly enough. I highly recommend. INITIAL REVIEW This company is outstanding! I couldn't be happier with the results and was very impressed with the work, coordination, and professionalism of this company. I can't say enough about how great this experience was working with Kevin. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. Here are some key points: 1. Knowledgeable and Personable - Explained everything to me for each step in the process. 2. Great communications - Kept me up to date with the work schedule i.e. days and times they would be here. Gave me updates anytime something changed. 3. Quality material - Kevin keeps up with the latest products available and suggests the best products for the job. 4. If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about their clients and what is best for them, Intelligent Solar is that company. From the moment I met Kevin he was kind, considerate, and passionate about helping people. He took his time to listening to all our concerns. He provided additional feedback that immediately helped us to save on our electrical cost. He designed different solar systems and provided different options that would work for our situation. He also considered our financial situation and helped provide a solution. He helped us with a finance option that worked with our monthly budget. We wouldn’t have to worry about upfront cost.And in addition our first payment would be 60 days after installation. At the time we were going through personal difficulties.Kevin was patient and understanding to our situation. He did not pressure or force anything on us. If anything he was more concerned about us and our situation.We had to postpone plans for possible solar system for several months. During this time Kevin checked in on us to make sure we were ok.He even took steps that would help with the solar when ready. Again we weren’t even sure that this would be possible.Eventually things got a little better for us and with Kevin’s help we were able to follow through and get a solar system installed. Everything went smoothly , Madison and Kevin kept us informed every step of the way. Steve and his crew did a great job with install. Everyone at Intelligent Solar was kind, respectful, and polite. Kevin at Intelligent Solar and his team are outstanding folks bringing a tremendous amount of skill and experience in their profession to your rooftop (or ground array!). The end result of the solar array on our roof brings a smile to my face every time coming home. Kevin took great care in explaining every step of the process from the initial design phase of how the array will appear on your roof, to implementation of the plan, and finally how to track all the production. When we are ready to expand our array further for even more production, Kevin at Intelligent Solar will certainly be my only call. Kevin and Intelligent solar were fantastic to deal with. Residential solar is a confusing world and he would always take the time to explain step by step what was happening and why it was needed. He was thorough and his follow up is outstanding. He was connected to us by a friend (Mike) who works commercially in solar and Mike had him install it in his home and said he was honest/trustworthy and we couldn't agree more. I've already referred him to a friend who will use him in the Fall and would DEFINITELY refer him to anyone who asked. We had quotes from a couple other (larger) companies. One of them quoted us over $20K higher than Kevin's quote. And when we told them the price, they said, "Oh, we can match that". Why would I want you to match a price you just tried to gouge me on? I highly recommend Intelligent Solar.  Kevin Gebo really knows his trade craft.  I worked with 4 different companies to get quotes and proposals.  I found Kevin to be extremely knowledgeable, patient, and offered sound advice.  We spent a fair amount of time working together on trying to get a larger array with battery storage.  In the end we went with a standard 30 panel system with 10KW inverter using Enphase inverters due to various constraints.  I really appreciated the time Kevin spent trying to make it all work out.  Kevin provided a good proposal at a competitive price.  There wasn't any high level sales pressure to close the deal. The installation crew was fantastic.  They were very patient with the myriad of questions I had and were always happy to answer and explain everything that was going on.  The install took two days.  The crew took great care to make a nice clean and ascetically pleasing installation of the 30 panels.  When they left, there wasn't any evidence of them being there to begin with. Kevin handled all of the permitting with the town and kept me abreast of all the things that needed to happen and when they would happen.  Kevin always communicated the next step and always informed of when people or materials were to arrive.  The entire project was seamless from beginning to end. If you’re in the market for solar, look no further! Kevin/Intelligent Solar Services came to us highly recommended - and now we can without a doubt recommend him, too! I want to echo the sentiments of the reviews already written.  Kevin and his team were outstanding in helping me build a ground mounted solar system for my home.  Kevin is a gem in an industry full of so-called "experts" and fly-by-night operators.  He is honest, personable, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. When I decided to go solar, I was determined to do as much of the work as I could myself.  I was lucky to find Kevin as a resource.  Kevin was willing to work with me through every phase of the project including design, location, permitting and coordination (town, national grid, solar monitoring support), and a complete ground to finish installation.  (see photo) Kevin worked side by side with me helping me make the right decisions, and lending incredible expertise and skills towards making the project a reality.    To say that I could not have done it without him, doesn't come close to giving him the credit he deserves. Kevin's experience, guidance and expertise saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Showed up on time, very professional! Very respectful of property, friendly crew, answered all my questions. Electrician crew quick and focused. And made sure Nat Grid showed up to turn it on. Worked in 90º heat too! Provided the best deal on panels and we shopped around, not me my wife and she always get's the best deal! This was not a "rent my roof out" deal, we own the array, we benefit from the electricity we produce! Kevin guided us through a very complicated process and he helped us maintain a budget! I had a vision of building a large scale solar farm on a piece of farm land my family has had for many years.  The problem was, I had no idea where to even begin.  Fortunately, I had a friend who had heard about Kevin who is the owner of Intelligent Solar Services and was able to introduce me to him. After getting a few quotes for a solar system and doing a lot of research I decided to try to install the system myself. I got in touch with Kevin and he helped me through all the things I couldn't do on my own. He was and still is very helpful with answering any of my questions. He responded to my inquiries in short time. His pricing is fare. I have learned so MUCH from Kevin!! After completing my system (30 LG350's, Solaredge SE7600H) I'm so glad I decided to do this with Kevin's help. I saved about $20,000 dollars. I'm so grateful to Kevin! I would recommend him to anyone who needs help installing their own system, making alterations or repairs.
